Eligibility for Farm Award:

• A minimum of 40 acres that continues to operate as a farm or ranch
• Same family must have continuously owned for a minimum of 100 years
• Ownership from original buyer has passed through children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, through marriage or adoption

The Keuten family farm was first purchased by Sharon Arthur's great grandfather Peter Keuten in 1910 and has been kept in the family for 4 generations. Sharon's parents Richard and Darlene Keuten raised her and her siblings Richard Keuten Jr, Lawrence Keuten, Donna Kenning and Randall Keuten on this farm. This farm currently produces corn and soybeans and is farmed by Sharon's nephew Dustin Kenning.
